Our proven designs meet the demanding quality and performance requirements of US Government facilities and utilize only tritium-compatible materials and components.

Features include:
  • Units that can be designed to flow gas "inside out" or "outside in"
  • Highly engineered, custom designed for your specific installation
  • Proven, robust techniques to bend and braze Pd/Ag alloy tubes in a variety of diameters
  • Custom built Palladium membrane reactors to meet your specific needs
  • Design provides change out of thermocouples and heaters
  • Short turnaround time from concept to delivery

Johnson Matthey has manufactured hydrogen purification equipment for over 40 years and tritium purifiers for 15 years.
