Ta3000F Gas Purity Monitors

Overview
Trace Level Gas Monitoring For Bulk Gas, Environmental and Research Laboratory Applications

THE NEED
The presence of trace impurities in gas supplies and ambient air are of significant concern for bulk gas producers, semiconductor manufacturers, plant environmental safety personnel, and research scientists. The presence of impurities can lower product quality, reduce process yields, skew research results, or indicate a possible environmental hazard.

THE SOLUTION
The Trace Analytical ta3000F Gas Analyzer is an isothermal gas chromatograph configured with a Flame Ionization Detector (FID). Extreme sensitivity from parts per million (ppm) down to low parts per billion (ppb) levels and negligible matrix effects from permanent gases are the primary strengths of the ta3000F's detector.
This sensitivity combined with the separating power of gas chromatography makes for a truly unique system. Modern user interface features make the ta3000F the analyzer of choice for selective measurements of impurities in air, for pure gas quality control and research and for numerous other gas monitoring applications.
The ta3000F platform includes a dedicated sample processing system, a single high sensitivity detector and on-board data analysis electronics.
The ta3000F uses the FID sensor for CO2, CH4, and non-methane HC detection. This high sensitivity sensor has a detection as low as 10. parts per billion (ppb). It is available for use on bulk gases and inert gases.
